Papas Table

It has been slightly cooler over the past couple of days, but we don't mind, because it provides ideal weather for enjoying a hot, steaming bowl of Pho. And if you are not up for a 15-20 minute drive into Ft Collins, you're in luck, because tonight and tomorrow evening are our monthly Asian Nites for August... and Mama Rose has prepared a large stockpot of her fragrant and delicious beef Pho broth. No, you will not find Chicken Pho here! We stick with tradition and make it with beef bones and a select blend of aromatics and spices that simmers all day. And if you're not feeling a bowl of Pho is your jam, we also have homemade Vietnamese Eggrolls, Rice Noodle Bowls and a selection of Chinese dishes to choose from as well.
