Think of your dream car - the nicest, fastest, most powerful car you can imagine.
Can you see it in your mind? Now step inside.
Mentally drive that car to the petrol station ⛽️
What kind of fuel are you going to invest in?
I can pretty much guarantee you are not even considering choosing the the cheapest and lowest quality option.
You’re going for the highest octane unleaded fuel you can get, right?
(Some of you wouldn’t even take it to a regular petrol station - you‘re getting racing fuel)
WHY? 🤔
After all, it’s all fuel right?
Yes... and no.
This same logic can be applied to your nutrition.
A calorie is a calorie. Right?
Technically yes... practically, no.
If you want a Porsche GT3 RS level body (one of my future cars 😍) then you have to fuel your body with high-quality nutrient-dense foods.
😫What if you don’t love your body right now?
Instead of choosing foods that match how your body currently feels.
Choose foods that your dream body would require to perform at its best.
And you’ll soon find yourself in that body. 😘

Stacking basics to make a meal is one of the easiest ways to stick to your macros.
An🥚🥑 and rice cake are very easy to measure and track, its also very simple to adjust if you need more macros.
Need more carbs, add in another rice cake, or cooked rice or a fruit. Need more protein? Add in another egg, or egg whites if you’re needing to keep your fat intake lower.
Master the basics and it becomes an effortless part of your lifestyle.
