123 years until equality.

That’s the latest update from the World Economic Forum. The good news? We’ve shaved 11 years off the previous estimate of 132. We are officially gaining momentum.

But for a community of mixed heritage, "123 years" is just an average. The reality depends entirely on the map:

• Latin America & Caribbean: 57 years to equality
• Europe: 76 years
• North America: 89 years
• Sub-Saharan Africa: 128 years
• Southern Asia: 165 years

The data shows that progress is happening, but it isn’t moving at the same speed for everyone. This International Women's Day, we celebrate the 11-year leap forward while acknowledging the work still required to close the gap for every region.

Over the past year, we examined what truly powered KnovaOne’s growth. What emerged was the strength of a system built by its people.

This was a year of measurable advancement. Long-tenured talent continued to compound, performance rose across the organization, and multiple team members stepped into leadership roles.

That internal maturation set the foundation for KnovaOne’s broader expansion and positioning within the TRAKAmerica ecosystem.

When invited to represent the year through a shared festive symbol, the answer revealed itself through that same understanding.

The snowflake ❄️ reflects a workforce where each contribution is distinct, yet designed to be strongest as part of a larger whole.

Merry Christmas 🎄 to the KnovaOne team, our clients, and the partners who helped carry this year forward.

At AISLE Matters 2025, our President, Neeraj Mendiratta, joined Traci Luckhaupt, Marisa Cohen and Rudy Casanova on a session panel focused on how the industry is adapting to tighter margins, shifting regulations and faster operational timelines.

Neeraj underscored the priority shaping most decisions today: “Improving performance and margins with ever changing rules and regulations.” And with “Lower foreclosure volumes and increasing regulations, many law firms are rethinking how to operate efficiently and sustainably.”

The discussion pointed to several operational levers leaders are navigating right now:
• AI offers meaningful potential but is still evolving, often cost-inefficient and requires careful planning to build effective solutions.
• Offshore support enables cost efficiency, additional production capacity and more structured quality controls.
• Human oversight remains essential to ensure quality, stability and disciplined ex*****on across shifting requirements.

The session reinforced a clear direction: disciplined ex*****on, thoughtful use of technology and strong operational judgment will define the next cycle.

To close the event on a strong note, we also acknowledge this year’s emerging leaders: Jen Dobron, Shannon Tomasso, Kaye Weathers and 🏆 Dagoberto Hernandez, 2025 AISLE AMPLIFY Award Recipient. Their work reflects the talent shaping the future of this field.
