Political signs serve a purpose, if used judiciously. With so many different candidates, some folks find it handy to be reminded about names, before heading to the polls.

I know it seems like they are everywhere, but when it comes to my signs, I use them briefly and purposefully.

Many of you see them in yards, because my constituents ask for them. Otherwise, I place them sparingly at intersections, just before early voting begins, where I believe they will actually be useful.

I spent most of the day, today, canvassing all of District 36, in an attempt to remove any and all of my campaign signs, as a matter of respect and to fulfill basic campaign requirements. I even got the opportunity to speak to a few constituents, I had previously missed!
