SOLD | 325 Parker Street, Newton
This one didn’t go according to plan… After receiving an accepted offer, the transaction ultimately fell apart during the inspection process. That’s a moment where many sellers get discouraged. The easy reaction is to panic, chase the market, or start making emotional decisions. Instead, we took a step back, reassessed the situation, and made a strategic adjustment.
We relaunched the property at a new price, addressed buyer concerns head-on, and focused on what mattered most: a beautifully updated home, a great Newton location, and the value it offered relative to the competition.
The result? A new buyer, a successful negotiation, and a closed sale.
One of the biggest misconceptions in real estate is that a deal falling apart means something is wrong with the house. Often, it simply means the first buyer wasn’t the right buyer. The key is having a plan, controlling the narrative, and staying focused on the end goal.
Congratulations to my clients for staying the course and trusting the process. It paid off.

JUST SOLD | 236 South St, Medfield
After a strong turnout last spring for this fixer-upper/teardown, we chose to step back from the public market when the right offer didn’t come together.
Months later, a buyer who had previously seen the property re-engaged, and I stepped back in to help both sides close the deal.
The buyer plans to redevelop the site, and it will be exciting to see what’s built here on a well-known Medfield street.
If you’re considering selling, buying, or redeveloping in Medfield or the surrounding area, I’m always happy to talk strategy.
