đ Interior Designer Inspiration: Josh Young đ
Today, we're shining the spotlight on the incredibly talented Josh Young. Josh has a remarkable gift for fusing Old World elements with bold, modern-day techniques, creating spaces that are both timeless and avant-garde. His fearless experimentation with classical portraits, especially where many designers might play it safe, brings a fresh, dynamic edge to his interiors.
Josh masterfully blends classical portraits with modern techniques, creating a striking contrast that feels both familiar and unexpected. His work seamlessly combines the elegance of historical art with a bold, avant-garde twist, resulting in spaces that challenge traditional design norms while still feeling deeply rooted in history. Swipe to see some of his stunning transformations and get inspired by his unique vision and talent! â¨

â¨Introducing "Stacking Habits," an abstract piece that explores the power of repetitive motion. Inspired by the rhythm and flow of daily activities, this painting captures the essence of how simple, consistent actions can lead to profound mental clarity and peace.
Repetitive motionsâwhether itâs knitting, walking, playing an instrument, or even daily routines like chopping vegetablesâhelp us find a sense of calm and focus. These activities mimic the effects of meditation, allowing us to reset, release stress, and build healthy habits. "Stacking Habits" reflects this process, with its layers of grayish-green brushstrokes and circular sketches symbolizing the ongoing cycle of growth and mindfulness.
This artwork is perfect for YOU to find solace in your daily rituals, or on your journey to create positive changes in your life through the power of repetition and habit-building. Whether itâs your morning yoga, evening walks, or simply the act of tidying up your space, this piece serves as a visual reminder of your peace found in your daily routine.
Add "Stacking Habits" to your space as a testament to the beauty of everyday practices. Available now on my websiteâlink in bio! â¨

đźď¸ To Frame or Not to Frame? đźď¸
I started offering framing services this past year and found that almost 100% of buyers chose this option at checkout!
Not only does a frame give your piece a finished edge and polished look in your space, youâll also save a significant amount of money when you purchase through me. (I buy my frames wholesale and pass on the savings to you, versus a framer who will charge full price).
All our frames are solid wood float frames, meaning the painting fits snugly into the frame with no overlap on the surface. We have tons of finishes to choose from, including walnut, maple, oak, black, gold, white⌠the list goes on!
Need help selecting the best frame for your piece? Shoot me an email at or after checkout and we can work on it together!
These paintings are part of the âIn Bloomâ collection that will be available on my website 3/5. Email subscribers will get early access to the collection, so make sure youâre signed up! Link is in my Stories and on my website footer â¤ď¸
