Originally built in 1995–96, Pioneer Place—home to PNC Bank (formerly Pioneer Bank)—has stood the test of time. In 2018, we expanded the parking lot, and most recently, we completed a full interior refresh of the building’s restrooms, elevator lobby, and corridors.

From new lighting, ceilings, hardware, carpet, tile, and vanities to electrostatic painting of elevator doors, every detail was addressed. Best of all? The building remained open the entire time—including the busy doctors’ offices—and not a single shoe got painted.
