BOOM! New owner new look! Here are some before and after shots from a winter 2021 kitchen re-fresh. These are the same cabinets with a fresh color paired with new marble countertops, backsplash, cabinet hardware, pot filler, apron front sink / faucet as well as a trash pullout cabinet (to replace an old trash compactor) and double oven. This was one of many modifications by Patterson Builders, LLC to help these folks be comfortable in their new home. #19087

TBT - 2019. This was a fun little project in Devon making a 1960's home fit the new owner's needs! Previous owner had moved the W&D to the kitchen behind some janky bifold doors. We moved the laundry back down to the lower level (where it was originally) but in a new glamorous space! The fridge was moved into space in kitchen where W&D had been hiding and small pantry added in. We matched existing cabinets and added in some more storage and a microwave shelf where the fridge had been located.

Two spaces radically improved made this a double win! Last couple photos show how the laundry started out.

Villanova kitchen

These are some quick photos from a home in Bryn Mawr. This was my third project for this client. We added maple floors to hallways, two flights of steps, tile at the entry, railings, posts, metal balustrade, built in bench, and new millwork.
