Wayne Community Housing Development Corporation (WCHDC) provides first-time homebuyer down payment assistance for income eligible households through our Home Purchase/Rehab/Resell program. WCHDC also manages 16 income-eligible apartments and 10 income-eligible rent-to-own homes. Down payment assistance is available in Burt, Cuming, Dodge, Thurston, Washington and Wayne Counties.
