We are finally allowed to do in person home showings again in PA. There are a few new state guidleines that we have to follow for all showings.

1. Showings are limited to a total of 3 people in the house at one time, including the Realtor. If there are more than 3 people at a showing, some individuals will have to wait outside until one of the otheres are finished.

2. Everyone MUST wear a mask.

3. Try not to touch anything in the house such as light switches, door k***s, cabinets, etc. If you do make contact with any surfaces, they should be sanitized with antibacterial wipes.

4. Please use hand sanitizer immediately before entering any home.

5. There is a questionaire that must be answered each day that you are going to be attending showings. The questions are similar to what you may have been asked before entering other businesses in recent weeks such as if you have a fever, been exposed to anyone with Covid-19, etc.

6. All showings now require at least 24 hours notice and each property must have at least 30 minutes before another set of buyers may enter a property if it was already shown that day.

7. There is also a waiver buyers must sign indicating they are aware of the risks of exposure to the coronavirus if they decide to attend a home showing.

8. Absolutely no open houses will be permitted at this time.
