Understanding why players lose their confidence is the first step to gaining it back and actually keeping it!

Shout out to Ayden — our first “Foundations” level player to be moved up! Although we want all of our players to be pushed and challenged, it’s important to make sure they’re ready for what that next level brings.

Over the last year, Ayden’s seen a ton of improvement with his skill set, but more importantly has matured to where we feel he could handle a more challenging environment.

Iron sharpens iron and we’re excited to have Ayden continue to develop in a new environment with higher expectations!

Less pressure = playing more freely. Though I don’t agree with telling a player to take the pressure off themselves (basically telling them to stop caring), there are things that can be taken away from the mentality of players whose main sport isn’t basketball
