� Attendance/Cancellation/Refunds �


1. Please be on time. You have a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, there is a $10 late fee added to your remaining balance.


2. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will NOT be refunded.


3. No call, no shows will result in you no longer being able to book with Sassy Babe Galore.

5. Please cancel at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment.

7. If there is something you don’t like once your service is complete, please tell me so I can fix it right then. Do not wait until you leave to say something. I am very understanding, and I want everyone to leave feeling beautiful!


� Natural Hair �

1. I work will all hair types. I ask that you come to your appointment with your hair freshly washed, dried, and free of any products.

2. If you have a specific type of oil that you use on your scalp, feel free to bring it with you and I will apply it once braid down is complete.

� Lace/Weave Knowledge �

1. I do NOT work with T-Parts and synthetic hair.

2. I will reinstall lace even if it was not previously installed by myself, AS LONG AS IT IS IN GOOD CONDITION (I must see a picture or video of wig off your head before appointment can be confirmed). *There is a $15 up charge for this.*


3. Hair must be dropped off at least 2 days prior to your appointment for customization.


4. You can drop your hair off between 9AM-2PM Monday-Friday.


5. If you are requesting color, be mindful there is a 5 day turnaround time.

7. I highly suggest investing in a custom wig to ensure it fits properly.

9. HD Lace: Works well with any skin tone, but it is not long lasting. Transparent Lace: Works best with individuals with lighter skin tones. Medium Brown Lace: Works best with individuals with medium to dark skin tones.

10. Due to me being on a tight schedule, there will be no adding of a service on the day of your appointment.
