Hello all,

Over the past few weeks we’ve seen a pretty big surge in demand, and we’ve also brought on four new wholesale customers, with a fifth pending.

Because of that, order processing has been running a little longer than our usual turnaround.

The upside is that almost everything right now is being made fresh within 24–48 hours of a new order coming in, sometimes even less, which is honestly the way we like it; as recent feedback has shown that customers have began to notice this freshness immediately without us having mentioned anything about it.

To help keep things clear, we’ll also start tagging certain items on our website when they’re in especially high demand or being made fresh to order, along with a small notice if fulfillment times may be a little longer than usual.

Additionally, we will work on reflecting these potential extended times in our checkout process to ensure customers aren't caught off guard.

We’re continuing to scale production so things smooth out again soon.
