Why are you getting your hair cut at a woman’s salon?

Do you know the difference between a stylist trained in women only to a barber who is trained in both?

The difference is shape and haircut structure. Women are given rounder shapes to give a softer appearance to the facial structure and features. Men are given more square shapes to accentuate certain features and manipulate the facial structure, short or long. Barbers are trained in both women and men, so we can add a round shape when necessary. Also beware as a man with long hair stepping into a salon with long hair… you cut different shapes in longer hair with men than women, believe me!
