After three weeks away from the diamond, the Mighty Biscuits return this Saturday for a doubleheader showdown with the Devils at Lake Park.

The Biscuits enter the weekend at 4-4 and looking to shake off the rust after the long layoff. Two games. Two opportunities. One goal: sweep the day and get back above .500.

Before the break, pitching was the clear strength of this team and gave the Biscuits a chance to win every time they took the field. The defense backed it up with strong play all over the diamond. If the offense can heat back up and get cooking again, it should help take some pressure off the run prevention side and turn quality baseball into more trips to the win column.
