• The 130-acre development is taking shape with new infrastructure, grading, and roadwork underway.
• Plans include a mix of restaurants, retail, hotel, entertainment, and office space designed to serve the rapidly growing western suburbs.
• When complete, Kettlestone Lakes will be part of a connected corridor that includes popular spots like Central Standard Craft Burgers & Beer, Dunn Brothers Coffee, and Home Sweet Cone.
