As a privately held, employee-owned company, our associates are naturally motivated to improve the lives of everyone we serve. HOMELINK offers centralized intake, billing and reporting services to approximately 150 contracted referral sources. The 325 employees currently coordinate over 220,000 new patient referrals a year.

THIS WEEK: Congress is considering legislation that would extend the Hospital-at-Home waivers through 2030.
It’s not just a policy update. It’s a signal that acute care in the home is critical to the benefit strategy.
Why does this matter?
• Cost Control: Hospital-at-home programs consistently deliver hospital-level care at lower cost, reducing unnecessary inpatient spend.
• Member Experience: Patients prefer care at home. Extending waivers means you can offer benefits that align with consumer expectations and improve satisfaction.
• Network Strategy: As care shifts outside traditional facilities, provider partnerships and reimbursement models will have to adapt.
The takeaway: This isn’t a temporary fix. It’s a structural shift that will impact benefit design, contracting, and cost management for years to come.
