Batch 07 Cider is on tap at our good neighbors, the Lava Lounge / Beer Hall! Batch 07 is the first pressing from our 2019 harvest. Why 2019? We age our cider before we release it, which allows for the flavor to round out and shows off a little more complexity than it would at a younger age. The result is a smooth, aromatic and very dry cider. It is delicious and food-friendly. If you want to enjoy Treppenhaus cider at home, stop by Happy's Wine & Spirits and get a can or growler to go.
