Some pullets that should start laying August/September

A few of these I hatched from my flock and adding in some purebreds for new genetics 🧬 ♥️

Some pretty splash girls a customer bought from me as chicks. They should start laying in the next month or so and I can’t wait to see what they lay!

I included pictures of them as chicks and the eggs they hatched from. They should lay some really nice speckles and hopefully some greens similar to their moms. If not, they should be laying some really nice olives!

The pink layer is my Barred Rock and she’ll usually have these purple speckles but today she decided to add a nice bloom ✨

This is my first cross beak I’ve ever had!

And she is the absolute sweetest chick!! She’s so social with me and will greet me by jumping on the door when I open it.

Have you dealt with a cross beak? She seems to be eating and drinking fine. Her crop always has some food in it.

I just love this girl!!
