Here is another fun home we just finished up in Washington. On the smaller side of the homes we have been building, we wanted this to still feel like a top shelf, custom home that has a fun, /transitional style with monochromatic exterior features. What bores me more than anything as a builder is the same 4 bedroom 2 bath spec home that has been being built by every uncreative builder in town for literally thirty years making basic changes to the floor plan, but the resulting boring house stays the same- no style, no creativity, just the same boring, overdone home. It has been my personal challenge to do something better with modestly priced, functional, custom floor plans possessing enough style that when potential buyers walk in they actually dream of calling the home their own, rather than just being forced to settle for something that they don't necessarily love, but at least meets their needs.

This home nails it! 4 beds 3 baths, 2 laundry rooms featuring a large, spacious kitchen with a 10' island, taj mahal countertops and high-end kitchen-aid appliances. Vaulted ceilings in the family room with Zion National Park views out the windows above the fireplace built-in cabinets as well custom reclaimed beam and trim work in entry and at fireplace. Wood floors throughout the entire home, epoxy floor in the garage, large walk0in pantry etc. The home also has a fully rentable casita suite with a private entrance, bathroom, kitchenette and laundry!! I could go on, but we all know the pics are what actually matter. ENJOY!

Haven't posted in a while so here we go! In the last two months we have wrapped up 4 houses, 2 commercial projects an RV garage and a large interior remodel. Here are some pics!

Here is our newest home for Wade and Sheryl Flint, freshly finished just last week in the Little Valley area of St. George. This Modern Farmhouse beauty boasts an amazing front elevation complete with 10x10 rough-sawn posts and beams, wrap-around porch, custom, hand-made front entry doors, tongue and groove ceilings, beautiful carriage-door style garage doors, and all of the other bells and whistles you dream of having with your farmhouse! Inside features custom trim work and molding throughout, and with the cabinet, stone, tile and flooring selections, the farmhouse charm hits a home run!
