Meet Class 51 Fellow Sharifah from 🇺🇬
Over the course of her , Sharifah will be serving remotely at Global Fairness Initiative as their Fellow.

1. What inspires you most as a leader?
"Leadership to me is being confident, authentic, and empowered while leveraging unique strengths and addressing the challenges I may face in the workplace or personal life. It also involves advocating for gender equality (includes actively working to eliminate gender biases), supporting others, and contributing to a more inclusive and diverse professional environment."
2. What are you most excited about joining Atlas Corps as a Fellow?
"My profound life driver is to always seek knowledge while continuously learning and sharing unique experiences, resources with the people I work with and for. Joining this Fellowship gives me access to a mouthful of opportunity to network, share and learns from various people, organizations and communities aiming to make a meaning impact at the global stage."
3. What is your position at Global Fairness Initiative?
"I am serving as a Program Management Fellow, supporting the GFI’s regional and global team to manage program activities and grants, review and monitor partner’s budget and project implementation/ performance, develop project reporting and updates to donors/funders and development information/knowledge materials relevant for organizational learning."
