Meet Blanca Alvarez
NAHREP DC 2026 Membership Director ✨

She was born in Los Angeles, California, to Salvadoran parents and raised here in the DMV. Over 20 years in the real estate industry, Blanca began her career at the age of 18 as a loan assistant, then a loan processor and mortgage loan originator also gaining experience in short sales and property management. She is now a full-time Realtor with over 10 years of experience. By applying her time, knowledge, marketing, and negotiating skills, she works to maximize her clients’ profits and ensure they receive world-class real estate service🏡
