Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
2 large eggs
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped
1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, Greek yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the chopped pistachios.
Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:

24 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips
For the Topping:

1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 325ยฐF (160ยฐC). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.

Prepare the Crust:

In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan to form the crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then let it cool while you prepare the filling.
Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in the vanilla extract and creamy peanut butter until smooth.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust in the springform pan.

Bake the Cheesecake:

Place the springform pan on a baking sheet to catch any drips.

Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the buttermilk, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Stir in the vanilla extract.

4 large eggs, room temperature
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
Cream Cheese Frosting:
6 tbsp cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1-2 tsp cinnamon powder for dusting
Directions:
Crust Preparation: Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix in melted butter, press into a pan, and bake for 10 minutes.
Cinnamon Swirl: Mix brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon with melted butter. Set aside.
