Our passion to build a distillery came from a desire to connect with what we drink; to use locally sourced ingredients, to recycle our spent mash to area farmers, and to pay our respects to the ancient traditions of distilling while bringing innovation and love to every bottle we fill. We're putting on our ๐ฅณ for some special birthdays at the distillery. We wish John, Sandy, and Stephen the happiest of birthdays as we head into the holiday weekend.

We've extended our hours from 1 to 8pm starting this Saturday! Enjoy the warm weather outside in the Still Yard, or hang out in the Tasting Room and take in the view of our stills.
