Pre CBD my menstrual cramps were the traumatizing. The pain and discomfort that came every month was so daunting. I was taking 1000 mg of ibuprofen every 4-5 hours for least 3 days every month just to make it through the 1st few days of my cycle. 🥴
Now that I started using CBD I dont even keep ibuprofen in the house. It has completely changed my menstrual life.
How does CBD work ?
Our bodies contain a specialized system called the endocannabinoid system (ECS), which is involved in regulating a variety of functions including sleep, appetite, pain and immune system response. Studies indicate CBD interacts with the neurotransmitters of the brain and ECS receptor activity assisting with the way your body processes information.
