A few weeks ago, the entire ClearPath team got together in sunny San Diego for our first in-person retreat. As a fully remote company, we’re spread out across the United States, and we were lucky to be able to get everyone together for a few days of sun and smiles.
It was truly great to see everyone not on a screen to collaborate and share ideas together. Building a productive and kind company culture remotely is difficult—so, while we certainly had productive collaboration, our main goal was to spend quality time together. We’re already looking forward to next year.
