These are water shut-off valves under your sinks and connected to your toilet.

Save time and cost.... These valves like to go bad over time and get stuck in the open position only to break when used for the first time in many years...This can be a costly fix.

Periodically make it a good practice to turn them on and off to keep them functioning.

Warning, if it has been 10years or more and you have not turned them on and off, it may be too late and if you attemp to use them they will fail and start to leak or spray water everywhere. Use caution.
