The recent Groundbreaking Ceremony for Crummell Community Center marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter for one of Ward 5's iconic landmarks.

Located in the heart of Ivy City, the historic Crummell School will be transformed into a vibrant community hub that honors the building's legacy while creating new opportunities for recreation, wellness, learning, and connection. The project will restore and expand the long-vacant building, while introducing modern amenities designed to meet the needs of the surrounding community.

We look forward to preserving the history of this important landmark while helping create a lasting resource for the Ivy City community.

GCS-SIGAL participated in the Washington Building Congress Golf Outing!

The annual event brought together professionals from across the AEC industry for a day of networking, friendly competition, and relationship building on the course.
