🇬🇹 Rebuilding Trust in the State: Guatemala’s Anti-Corruption Strategy

Join LAPA for a conversation on Guatemala’s fight against corruption and efforts to strengthen transparency and institutional integrity.

Despite significant challenges, Guatemala is making progress in advancing reforms aimed at rebuilding trust in public institutions and improving governance. These efforts carry important implications for democratic stability, economic growth, and regional security.

The conversation will draw on the experience of Julio Flores, Director of Guatemala’s National Anti-Corruption Commission (CNC), which was created in 2024 to lead the government’s anti-corruption strategy and promote institutional reforms.
