Hello FB Friends,
Affordable housing is a leading crisis in many cities undergoing gentrification and displacement. Washington DC is facing a major housing dilemma as community redevelopment worsens poverty levels and displacement. Some residents fight to stay and thrive in place.

I am fundraising to give stipends to lower income new homeowners in DC. The stipend will be given directly to them to purchase furniture, home decorations and other housing supplies to make their house into a home. There will be updates about the funding and distribution. I want to surprise the residents quarterly by personally disbursing the stipends to them. I would love for you to join me 🙂. Thank you
