The time and I showed out for a partner challenge issued during bRUNch in March 2014. Folks weren't ready. Nothing major to us. is a certified so I knew he had my back.

After being kicked out the 2.5 mile run/walk group last night by , I ended up doing 3.5 miles and my legs cursing me out this am. is lucky I didn't give in to my desire to push his "happy-go-lucky-ohh-look-at-me-run-the-hill-5-times-im-a-captain" arse down the 11th st hill he and the team mapped out. I love my / family, but don't talk to me for the next 3 days till i get over it.

This mornings workout was all core and upper body. I moved the legs a bit to keep them from getting tight and stiff. Those marks? How many rounds I accomplished. The workout?
--------------60s each|60s rest after each round:

- battle rope drills (vary)

-mb slams (14lbs)

-db renegade row (15lb)

-plank (vary)

-leg lifts (10lb db, hold w/ feet)

This is too awesome for me not to share. My client is coming along well. I can only take credit for creating her meal plans, answering all her questions and guiding her to make smart and the best choices for her goals with her fitness and sports nutrition. The hard work was all her. The meal prep was all her. The dedication to her training program was ALL HER. I'm only going to claim sidekick here. I'm the Robin to her Batman and I can't be any prouder.

There's no shortcuts to success. We haven't even touched the sculpting phase yet. No products uses to get to this point. This is how its done when you want a life change, not a slim fast program.

No games. No gimmicks. No "2 shakes a day and dinner" for the rest of your life to keep your body. It's a lifestyle with supporting casts, not a bunch of products.
