We’re opening our doors on Monday, May 1st for a fun night with the lovely team of Darroze Armagnacs.
For those unaware, Armagnacs Francis Darroze have been ageing and selling fine Armagnac in Roquefort, in the heart of the Landes region, for two generations. This family business has built up a fine reputation for quality and expertise and as you all know, The Setting is also a family run business so you can only imagine the excitement we have for this collaborative evening.

The Setting Team will be on Spring Break for the week of April 5-8. We will be resuming our normal hours on April 12th!

The Setting is looking to hire a Sous Chef for a full time position. We’re a fun space, with a passionate team and an obsession of quality goods. Our priority is showcasing the art within food and service, we want our guests experience at The Setting to make fine dining more approachable- while getting to escape to our underground cocktail lounge. Here, we cultivate creativity, have 4 day work weeks and value time with our loved ones.
