• Pay $17.00 - $21.00

• Hand out supplies to employees or Subcontractors in the Morning. They will meet you at storage unit
• Review upcoming job notes
• Familiarize yourself with Booking Koala
• Interview Applicants - ( Virtual Assistants will do initial screening) on a specific day of each week
• Send out email inquiries
• Follow up with potential commercial clients
• Generate potential leads list based on proximity to current client
• Price Jobs - when receive email re: commercial cleaning inquires
• Manage virtual assistants
• Ensure car is washed and clean
• Visit VIP clients cleaning to ensure cleaning was done right.
• Supervise temporary worker who are doing Door Hanger distribution
• Provide weekly status report
• Assist new hires and supervise their first 3 jobs
• Perform cleaning inspections on new maids (2-3 per week)
• Train and coach new maids on cleaning standards and procedures
• Follow up with customers who have complaint cleanings
• Supervise and run larger job site cleanings

REQUIREMENTS
eMaids is looking for true professionals who are serious about their work, love to clean and are extremely customer service oriented.
Candidate must:
Have great personality and team player
Speak English fluently Spanish a plus
Have strong work ethic
Be able to train and motivate a team
At least 2-4 years of previous experience
Speak and write English (Though fluency is not required)
Have at least 1-year cleaning experience
Must have driver's license
