It's National Healthy Vision Month, and we're celebrating by sharing the best foods and recipes to promote healthy eyes! Try to incorporate foods high in Vitamin A to keep your eyes healthy! These include apricots, cantaloupe, mango, watermelon, and dried plums. Foods high in beta-carotene are also good for your eyes because beta-carotene converts to Vitamin A in the body!
