Happy Janmashtami! For those of you who aren’t familiar, this is celebrated as the day the Hindu God Krishna was born. Usually we go to the mandir (temple) and have all sorts of celebrations. From the ages of six to seventeen, I used to do Kathak dance performances every year during the festivities too:) I even found a throwback pic of myself dressed as Radha the other day (no, yall dont get to see that lol).
Having a very off week, missing regular life a lot these days, but maintaining faith that things will get better🙏🏽💞
