This is what spring break looks like when we plan it.

This isn’t the exception—it’s the norm for our spring break trips.

We helped families:
- choose the right destination (even when they were torn between completely different trips)
- match into hotels that actually fit how they travel—not just what looks good online
- layer in the kind of experiences that turn a good trip into something memorable
- and make it all feel easy—even when it wasn’t simple behind the scenes

Sometimes that meant:
- finding the one ski destination that worked for a toddler, a beginner, and an advanced skier
- nudging a family to island-hop instead of staying put
- pairing a luxury resort with a smaller, local stay for a more complete experience
- or pulling together a last-minute trip that felt exactly right

This is the part most people don’t see.

But it’s the reason these trips feel different when you’re actually on them.

If you’ve been sitting on a trip idea and not quite getting there—let’s fix that.

The best time to plan a great spring break trip for 2027 is April and May of this year. Let’s start early and get it right.

Parents don’t default to waterslides and constant entertainment because they WANT to travel that way.

They default there because they’re tired.
Because they’re carrying the whole trip.
Because they want it to feel easier.

But here’s the shift:

When the parents are calm, excited, and not stretched thin… everything changes.

Kids don’t need constant entertainment.
They need regulated adults.
They need rhythm.
They need space.
They need parents who aren’t white-knuckling the week.

The Mango Tree way isn’t “travel harder.”
We try to design just a little smarter. Take the trip you WANT and adjust it to fit the kids too.

Slow mornings. Enjoy your coffee.
One meaningful adventure — not five.
Hotels where you can exhale.
Logistics handled so you’re not solving problems all day.

Family travel should feel like a vacation for you, too.

So maybe 2026 isn’t about being braver just to make sure you teach your kids the right way to travel, no matter the cost. Maybe it’s about planning those meaningful trips in a way that actually feels good.

Great skiing, great food, great people.

If you’re a ski family, we can’t wait to send you to Austria.

Switzerland has been my 2025 love story. ❄️🌿
Winter or summer… it’s all pure magic.

And in true Mango Tree fashion, it’s one of those rare destinations that genuinely works for everyone—where the kids get adventure and wonder, and the parents get beauty, ease, and a little room to breathe.

Skiing side-by-side with your kids, riding gondolas to mountaintop playgrounds, wandering through wildflower trails, tasting real Swiss fondue, and watching your little ones discover chocolate fountains for the first time—it’s a country that brings out the adventurous side in all of you. And somehow it still feels calm, beautiful, and effortless every step of the way.

Whenever you’re ready for Switzerland—whatever the season—we’d love to take you there. 🇨🇭✨

Of course your KIDS will love Costa Rica.

How could they not? Most kids will find something to love in the magical land of hanging bridges, zip lines, surf lessons, sloths and toucans.

But here’s the plot twist I want you to consider for your 2026 trip: You might enjoy yourself here, too.

When I went last year, I discovered I’m the mom who jumps off the ledge, who says yes to the zip line, who wakes up early when others are sleeping to hike to the waterfall. I found a little piece of my adventurous side again — and it felt really, really good.

So maybe 2026 isn’t just about showing your kids the world.
Maybe it’s the year you rediscover something bold in you, too. What do you think?
