This quote hit me deep. For so long, I thought I had to be “on the other side” of my healing to be of service. That I needed to lose the weight, reverse the PCOS, master the workouts, and stick to the perfect meal plan before I could lead or pour into others.

But I heard a sermon that shifted everything.
“There’s a ministry in your misery.”
You don’t have to wait. Your journey—even in its messiness—is a testimony. And that testimony has the power to lift someone else.

Balance & Bliss was born from that truth. I created this space not because I have it all figured out, but because I know what it feels like to walk this road alone. And I don’t want any woman to feel that way.

These events are my offering—an open hand, a soft landing, a reminder that healing is possible, and it’s even more powerful when we do it together.

We don’t have to be perfect to be purposeful.
We just have to be present, and willing to share the journey. 🌿

🚨🚨New recipe alert!!🚨🚨 AND it's alkaline!

🔹️Alkaline Roasted Red Pepper Spaghetti Sqaush

Also, debuting Nameko mushrooms, which I knew nothing about before this recipe. lol They are small, with a nutty flavor and gelatinous texture. I found these at the farmer's market and had to try them. They took on the flavor of the red pepper sauce and added a creaminess to the dish.

🔹️Link in my bio. Shout out to for growing these amazing mushrooms.

This Savory Butternut Squash makes for a great Fall soup recipe.🍂🍂

This can definitely be altered to be sweeter by adding apples and maple syrup, but I prefer savory by adding thyme and sage. Definitely can make this your own.

🔹️Recipe up on the blog right now!
