Erin Rae Isabella: Artist

I promise I will be un-MIA soon.

I bought this piece for towel storage about 9 years ago. It was that awful metallic silver and I painted it graphite grey with hand painted florals in silver. I switched out the hardware too.

It came to my new home with my bow husband, our pup, and me when we moved in together. It continued being towel storage for us. We’ve grown bored with the grey and mirrors though.

So tada! This is where it’s at (last photos) as the finish line approaches! This has been a major labor of love. Sanding, getting the paint color right, and gathering all the perfect materials has been…a process.

Varnishing up next then I can reassemble the doors with new hardware and rehang them. Then it’s done and I can get to work on finishing touches for the hallway makeover.
