On select Wednesdays at the Chrysler World Class Manufacturing Academy, along with our regular visits, ABD holds raffle drawings, awarding a limited number of gift cards to new hires who register on-site. Just last week, we awarded a $50 gift card to our newest member!

As a proud supporter of UAW Locals, members, and their families, ABD Federal Credit Union participated in the “Blessing of the Bikes” event on Sunday, May 31st, 2026, at UAW Region 1’s pavilion.

The event featured live entertainment, raffle drawings with prizes, a food truck serving chicken and fish dinners, and vendors from various companies and small businesses. While the priests blessed the motorcycles, our Marketing Team had the opportunity to view different bikes and to engage with our members and UAW members.

On May 16th, 2026, the ladies of ABD Federal Credit Union participated in the Annual Tea event hosted by the Ministry to Women of Oak Grove AME Church.

The ladies of ABD wore coordinated outfits in our signature blue and gold. Our table, themed “Legacy,” was decorated in these colors and featured donated china and table decorations.

As a leading sponsor of the event, we were honored to have an ad in the official program and to receive recognition from the Mistress of Ceremonies. We also provided ABD-branded pens for activities and wristbands for participants' gift bags.

During one activity, our President, Charlie Spann-James, was awarded “Best Decorated Hat!” She also delivered a brief speech that emphasized ABD’s youthful leadership, acknowledged the other women present, and highlighted how ABD is establishing a lasting legacy for years to come!
