Our sweet Murphy was officially adopted today! Look how happy he is! This is a far cry from the traumatized cat dumped at our door.
He hid for months, only coming out of the carrier he was dumped in if you bribed him with food. He was clearly a very friendly cat, but overwhelmed by change. We knew if someone gave him a chance in their home, he’d change both their worlds.
We are so grateful to Madison for opening her heart!
“He’s a hard one to photograph if I am not actively petting him! All attention must remain on Murphy and not the phone, or anything else for that matter. Well, at least according to him. It’s my fault, I told him he was the boss on the way home.”
“According to the pet cam he gets out of bed around 5:30AM to look out the window every morning, then wakes me up around 7:30-8. He is very punctual, and persistent…. The world might end without morning pets. I thought it was about food at first, but he just wants attention.”
