💪 Women’s Self-Defense Class

Join us on Thursday, April 30th, 2026 from 6–7 PM for a powerful Women’s Self Defense Class designed to build empowerment, confidence, and real-world safety skills.

This session is led by Jake Martin from Rise Up Martial Arts and will provide practical, hands-on training in a supportive environment.
