We opened the doors to the Women & Children's Shelter in February 2007. We are a non-profit emergency / transitional housing facility that emphasizes giving the less fortunate a new start in life. Our organization assists clients with achieving self-sufficiency by providing shelter, basis necessities and resources to obtain employment which provides them with the opportunity to become self-sufficient in all areas of their lives.

Community Outreach Service Center opened on November 9, 1999 for homeless men. We opened the doors to the Women & Children's Shelter in February 2007. We are a non-profit emergency / transitional housing facility that emphasizes giving the less fortunate a new start in life. Our organization assists clients with achieving self-sufficiency by providing shelter, basis necessities and resources to obtain employment which provides them with the opportunity to become self-sufficient in all areas of their lives.
