Happy Sunday! Take some time to get yourself ready for the week. Set goals for the week and plan how to meet those goals!
• Go get your groceries for the week 🥦
• Meal Prep- Pre-cook your chicken/meat for the week, cut your veggies, etc. 🔪
• Plan your meals- you don’t have to pre-package all your meals for the week, but think about what food combinations you may use. 🍽
• Starting the week with a clean home let’s you start your week on a fresh note. 🧼🧽
• Rest! Not only is it important for recovery but it’s also no fun to start off the week feeling tired and groggy. 😴
