My specialty is training at a location that is convenient for you. I provide dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, and any other equipment to make my sessions challenging and always fun. I try and make myself available wherever and whenever needed. While on location, developing creative types of workouts is a necessity. Together we will design a plan to fit every need utilizing strength training, aerobic training, functional core training, and nutritional consulting to address and meet your goals.

Team Weight Loss Challenge - April 8th - May 22 - The goal is to develop better healthier habits to get the results you have been looking for. How? Bria Method's group fitness classes are a mix of total body workouts, muscle specific workouts, and strength conditioning workout workouts. They are truly designed to cater to all fitness levels. Bria Method's professional group trainers coach member on an individual basis in a group setting.
