Our new and existing home projects exceed even the strict standards of the EPA's "Home Performance with Energy Star" program as well as those of the Building Performance Institute. The business was started in 2009 by brothers Scott and Keith O'Hara. There goal is to retrofit and build the most comfortable and efficient homes possible. Eco Performance Builders is a participating Energy Upgrade California Contractor for advanced and basic path.

We are excited to announce that Erin O'Hara, my niece, has joined the Eco Performance Builders family! Erin is a talented sophomore at Alhambra High School who has been honing her video editing skills for a few years now.
