Much the focus is on the New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad and its successor lines. The host is a retired railroad employee of over 35 years of experience. UPDATE: Open Saturdays and Sundays only by appointment only. Your hosts: David and Barbara Peters along with son, Jeff, a railroader himself.

In the span of one week during the Thanksgiving holiday, there were 4 incidents of cars getting stuck on train tracks. WATCH OUT! If you're making a turn on the road, make sure it's the right one. If you do get stuck, IMMEDIATELY get away from the tracks and call the phone number on the blue sign attached to the crossing signal, so the train operators can stop the train in time.
