Beyond Wellness
Yoga is a bridge to recovery. Often times, trauma, pain, and stress are hidden in our bodies. The mind is a powerful thing. Even when we think we have moved beyond something–our bodies tell us differently. Therapeutic yoga helps us to move through trauma–physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I believe that in order to address mental health, you have to address physical health.
