Updated this quaint little beach cottage in Milford.
This was a challenging project on many levels. No studs in any of the walls, beams were sagging in multiple places, floor framing was rotted and structural compromised.
Lots of hard work went in to this project and it came out beautifully.

Observatory renovations

Squared off the archways and added a set of French doors with a transom.

Custom teak doors needed to be stripped, sanded, and refinished.
Installed with all new Baldwin hardware.

Our customers had insufficient footings to support their deck and addition. Both were cracking the slab and sinking. We temporarily supported both structures, hand dug a new footing to the proper depth, raised both structures back to level, and installed new piers and beams.
