I am in no way saying it always does or that you shouldn't get dogs from any of these places but please look out for these things and be prepared to work through them with a qualified trainer.

I will also say that another thing that may happen is one dog will rely on being confident only when it is with the other dog. Therefore showing fear and lack of confidence without the other dog. While this can be a minor thing it will need to be worked through slowly, with kindness, and the right tools.
