Hose was tested to NFPA requirements. Thousands of feet of hose were tested to ensure readiness for use. During testing members quickly responded to reports of a drowning involving a pediatric patient. Members were on scene within 3 minutes of dispatch and quickly administered life saving care including CPR. Our members worked hand in hand with Town of Montgomery Police and EMS to provide the highest level of care to the patient who
Was transported to a local Hospital. We extend our thoughts and prayers to the patient and family. on Saturday members quickly and efficiently Handled a response for an elevator emergency. Members were on scene within 2 minutes of dispatch and situation was under control within 5 minutes. Today members started the day with pump training at the firehouse. Members competed 5 hours of pump training on Tanker 202, Engine 204, Brush 206, and Rescue 208. During this training members responded to a motorcycle accident and were on scene within 1
Minute of dispatch. Members provided patient care to the motorcycle operator and secured hazards. Scene was turned over to Town of Montgomery EMS and Police. Members also handled an automatic fire alarm at golds gym which was deemed a malfunction and the location was made safe. Department members were on scene within 3 minutes of dispatch.
